From June 24th to 26th, 2025, the global mining industry turned its attention to Karaganda, Kazakhstan – the nation's industrial heartland – as the 20th Kazakhstan International Mining Exhibition (Mining Week 2025) grandly opened. Hosted by TNT Productions, LLC, with the support of the Ministry of Industry of Kazakhstan, the event attracted over 300 exhibitors and more than 20,000 professional visitors, covering the entire mining, metallurgy, and coal processing industrial chain. It stands as one of the largest and most influential mining events in Central Asia.
Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry, a leading player in China's mining equipment sector, confidently made its way to Karaganda to actively participate in this prestigious mining gathering. Sanming Heavy Industry has long focused on the R&D and manufacturing of mining equipment, achieving remarkable success in the domestic market. Now, it is setting its sights internationally, aiming to expand its footprint in the resource-rich lands of Central Asia.
At this exhibition, Sanming Heavy Industry showcased its flagship product – the VF Series Impact Crusher. This crusher has caused a sensation in the domestic market with its unique hexagonal rotor design, C-type hammer plate application, and corrugated tooth plate application. Its production capacity is outstanding: the VF-500 model can achieve an output of 800 tons/hour, while the VF-1000 reaches an impressive 1500 tons/hour, representing an average capacity increase of 20.8%, far surpassing similar impact crushers on the market. Furthermore, the series employs a three-chamber, four-stage crushing process and innovatively adds a shaping chamber. This results in finished aggregate particle shapes approaching the quality of combined impact and vertical shaft impact crushers. The finished sand boasts excellent particle shape, high roundness, and needle-flake particle content of only around 7%, perfectly meeting the requirements of the "GB/T 14685-2022 Pebbles and Crushed Stone for Construction". This truly enables "one machine, two uses". These efficient and high-quality features significantly reduce equipment procurement and operating costs, lower labor and energy consumption, while simultaneously improving finished product quality, creating more business opportunities and profit margins for enterprises. Having already won widespread customer favor domestically, its debut at the Kazakhstan International Mining Exhibition also attracted significant attention from mining enterprises across Central Asia, with numerous professional visitors stopping at the booth to learn about the equipment's performance and technical parameters in detail.
